The hoist as it arrived on the freight truck.

I added two vertical uprights and a 4"X4" square steel tube to maintain the spread between the columns. Tube is just above the steel ceiling panels so it doesn't reduce headroom.

Engine cradled and transmission removed to fix a problem with intermittent neutral.
